Terms of Service

These terms cover the AdaptGen Agent Portal and the AdaptGen Messenger assistant (together, the “Service”), operated by Adaptgen Information Technology Solutions (“AdaptGen”, “we”), a business registered in the Philippines.

What the Service does

The Service replies automatically to property enquiries sent to a real estate agent's Facebook Page, using listing information that agent provides. It collects enquirer details when someone asks to view a property, and shows those enquiries to the agent in the Agent Portal.

Who can use it

Accounts are created by AdaptGen for agents we have agreed to work with. There is no self-registration. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your Google sign-in secure — anyone with access to that account can see and change your listings and enquiries.

Your content and your leads

Listings, photos and videos you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them, and to send them to people who message your Page — which is what the Service is for. Enquiries captured for you are your business records; we process them on your behalf and do not sell or reuse them.

You are responsible for making sure what you upload is accurate, lawfully yours to use, and complies with real estate advertising rules. Do not upload content you don't have rights to.

Automated replies — read this one

Replies are generated by an AI language model. They can be wrong. The assistant may misstate details, misunderstand a question, or answer in a way you wouldn't have. It acts on your Page under your name.

You remain responsible for what your Page says. You should monitor conversations, correct anything wrong, and confirm prices, availability and property details directly with buyers before they rely on them. We provide a per-client off switch so you can stop the assistant immediately at any time.

The Service runs on Meta's platform and is subject to their rules. If Meta restricts or removes access to your Page or our app, the Service may stop working through no fault of either of us.

Early-stage service — what we don't promise

AdaptGen is a small, early-stage operation and the Service is under active development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed response time for support, or that the assistant will behave perfectly. It is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

We will tell you about planned changes that affect you, and we keep your listings and captured enquiries even if an account is retired, so nothing you've built up disappears without warning.

Trials and fees

Trials are free and time-limited; we'll tell you the length before it starts, and you are under no obligation to continue afterwards. Any paid arrangement is agreed separately in writing between you and AdaptGen — these terms don't create a charge on their own.

Ending it

You can stop at any time — tell us and we'll switch off the assistant. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or if we can no longer operate the Service. On request we will export your listings and enquiries; see the privacy policy for how long data is kept.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AdaptGen is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of the Service — including a missed or mishandled enquiry. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active clients and the date above updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
